It’s great to see two actresses, Yami Gautam and Priyamani, shine in the movie. Yami Gautam, playing Zooni, impresses with her serious attitude and dedication. Priyamani, as an IAS officer, convincingly portrays her role with control and precision. Other actors like Raj Zutshi, Raj Arun, and Vaibhav Tatwawadi also provide strong support to the cast. The film asserts that the current government’s decision to revoke the article was justified. In its portrayal, the filmmakers strongly emphasize that the suffering of Kashmiri residents stemmed from the collusion between corrupt local leaders and militants. The first half is tense and skillfully sets the stage for the plot. However, the intensity somewhat tapers down in the climax, which leans towards overly dramatic cinematic tactics rather than realism.

So Farzi 2 will happen, and if anything else I like, I will, but as of now, I haven’t said yes to anything for OTT because I had two releases this year, so I’m going to do some stuff for theatres now. But Farzi 2 will definitely happen.”

Also the female lead Raashii Khanna In an interactive session with fans, dropped a big update about the second season. She said, “I had a word with Raj sir, who is our director. He told me that the shooting for Farzi 2 will begin by the start of next year. So probably, Farzi 2 might arrive by the end of 2025.
